Butterfly Award – 3rd February

This week we have been thinking about how long it takes to become a Damers Butterfly. We were all in agreement that everyone is unique and some children may only take a short amount of time to ’emerge in full colour’!

Radmila Kostova has done exactly that since joining our school in September. She has demonstrated so many of the qualities that we look for in a Damers Butterfly, the best example being her determination to learn how to skip. If you ever want to know the meaning of the phrase ‘don’t give up’, Radmila can show you exactly how to keep on going until you get something right.

A well-deserved Butterfly Award winner Raddy and the cheers from your classmates on Friday showed that they all agreed too – well done!
